Maybe this interview they just acted like they were halfway decent to eachother. But it seems like most news that comes from the two are about one being an asshole, or the other not thrilled with performance on the track.
Monza for instance, from what I heard Vettel was livid that Kimi came in and took pole and bumped him back. There are loads of other examples I’ve seen about them absolutely hating eachother on the track at least.

I've only heard the opposite- that they get along really well off track. They might just be competitive on it.

They know where their bread is buttered, and they know how to play the PR game. Seb was indeed pissed that Kimi took pole, even though they had an agreement that they would take turns being last on track and it was Kimi’s turn at Monza. Then Seb, being the hotheaded diva that he is, tried to pass Kimi at the start and let Hammy in, and the rest is history. Seb is a team player as long as the team is working to support him. I didn’t like him at Red Bull, and though I’ve always been a Ferrari supporter, I’m really starting to dislike him at Ferrari. He is putting himself above the team, and he doesn’t have the results to back up that claim.

Nah, they’re buddies. From what I understand, kimi was told before Monza that Ferrari will sign leclerc next year. Seb was mad about that after qualifying (we speak after was regarding the fact that they’re replacing the guy he wants, who obviously still has what it takes, with an unknown).

I’ve never been a Seb fan either, I love Kimi even though his performance in races is spotty, he’s pretty decent. Especially after his record at Monza

I’m sure that’s part of it, just hyper competitive and worked up on track, off track they’re fine.
I found another video from the same channel where they had to drive a car with dual controls, and they seemed to work together.

Kimi’s body language after he asked the first question was interesting...
They definitely respect each other. Plenty of opportunities to get pissed at each other and at the team when fighting for track position in pursuit of a win or a championship.
